New Patient Information If this is your first visit, please book a New Patient Appointment so we can thoroughly assess your health history, discuss your goals, and create a tailored treatment plan. Please fill out health history & consent form.
Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. This helps ensure that time reserved for you is honored. Thank you for understanding.
Reschedule Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. While more advance notice is always appreciated, repeated or frequent rescheduling may result in being moved to the waitlist, as short-notice changes make it difficult to offer the time to other patients in need of care. Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file.
Payment Information Desert Acupuncture does not accept insurance. You can request a superbill. You may add a credit card or flex spending account to your profile for convenient payment.
